Zendesk helps me manage our tickets and customer help efficiently. I don't have access to all the functions as am on the basic tier and I sometimes feel that they withhold from the basic tier to make you upgrade, which is fair enough. But what you do get on the basic tier for the price you pay is superb.
Tips for using the product
Zendesk was a great solution for dealing with our customer support issues. Tons of features. Sometimes it can be a little difficult to figure out how to setup and customize the different triggers but overall it does quite a good job.
