I recently did a half marathon and was jogging next to these ladies who had their phone talking to them saying rest workout. every time they ran I ran, every time they stopped I stopped. I finally asked them what they were listening to and they told me about this app. Today was my first time trying it and I absolutely love it I have gained 2 minutes on my time and had an average pace of 9.1 mph my normal average speed was 5.0 to 6.0. This actually forced me to run farther in harder.
Tips for using the product
There are tons of workout apps in the market but this one is great because it performs one thing very well: custom interval timing. You can set the "preparation", workout, and rest times as well as the number of repetitions and sets. Since I'm running, I just kept the repetition to 1 and sets to however many times I want to repeat the HIIT. Most importantly, this app LOOKS GOOD. It's very aesthetically appealing and very easy to understand and navigate.
